High-intensity total body fitness training is a great way to get in shape and have fun at the same time. In just one 60 minute class a day, you can get a full-body workout that will leave you feeling challenged and engaged. Our group fitness classes are designed for all levels of fitness, so you can find the perfect class for your needs. Our programming is dynamic and intentional, to help you further improve your health and wellbeing while feeling challenged and wanting more. And because we believe that fitness is best when it’s shared with others, we offer a supportive community where you can make friends and achieve your fitness goals together.   • Warm-Up
    • We start by mobilizing, stretching, and warming up the muscles. Particularly, the muscles we will use for the strength/skill  and workout of the day.
  • Strength or Skill Work
    • This section will be dedicated to particular Power Lifts like benchpress or dealifts, or Olympic lifts like Power-Cleans and the Snatch. We also incorporate other strength movements and skill work that is complimentary to our programming and cycle goals, not typically seen in a regular gym, and are a great way to keep the muscles and mind challenged.   • Workout of the day
    • Our workouts are programmed with a purpose and use movements that align with a current goal or lifting cycle we are working on. Our workouts can be challenging, but keep in mind you should always adjust to how your body is feeling each day. You are welcome to push yourself, and ask us to help push you, as hard as you want. Just make sure you are being responsibile with your body and know your limits. It is unecessary to go hard every day. Ask a coach how we can help you scale and modify our workouts to strike the right balance of intensity while still reaching your personal goals.
